Planning fees vary depending on the complexity and scope of the trip and will always be discussed transparently before work begins.
Scope depends on a number of factors: destination, number of travelers, length of trip, number of stops, seasonality, and more. Many trips involve extensive research, itinerary design, coordination, and concierge-style planning, while others involve single and straightforward hotel bookings.

Absolutely. Air booking is offered as a separate service and is subject to a per-person ticketing fee.
We aim to make your air travel experience as stress-free as the trip itself so we primarily focus on premium cabins (Business and First).
We work closely with a dedicated Air Desk to provide expert routing assistance, airline support, and 24/7 coverage for schedule changes, delays, and cancellations.
We can not book flights with points or miles, however, we can add your existing loyalty membership so you can accrue milage.
If you prefer to arrange your flights independently, that’s no problem and we’re happy to coordinate around your arrangements.

We then curate tailored recommendations personalized to you and your trip goals - from the right destinations and overall trip flow to routing, hotels and room categories, experiences, and more.
From there, we handle all logistics, reservations, and coordination behind the scenes so your travels feel seamless. To fully control the quality of your experience, we’re typically only able to advise on trips where we manage every aspect. In many destinations, we partner with local on-the-ground support for you to have while traveling.

We prioritize quality, service, and overall experience above all else. While we specialize in luxury travel and are often able to provide the greatest value through our preferred hotel partnerships, we believe the best trips are built around the right fit for the traveler, not simply the number of stars.
Some trips call for iconic five-star hotels, while others are best suited to boutique hotels, private villas, family-run properties or unique accommodations with exceptional character.
We also specialize in corporate travel and event-based group bookings, with a strong understanding of which hotels and destinations best fit different group dynamics, priorities, and budgets.

We recommend planning major trips 10-11 months in advance whenever possible, particularly for peak summer travel, the festive holiday season (Christmas and New Year’s), and high-demand destinations where availability can become limited early.
We’re happy to advise on timing, availability, and the ideal booking window for each trip you have in mind.
That said, we understand that travel plans are not always made far in advance - and we love a spontaneous getaway as much as anyone. We’re always happy to assist with last-minute travel whenever possible.
